You have to pay only for the exact duration of parking when parking with Comet       Old Parcard -parking devices have been in use for over ten years. The technology of Parcard is very old, the devices are not manufactured anymore, and there is no support available for them. Parcards are replaced by new Comet parking devices in Helsinki. Laatukilpi Ltd is responsible for marketing and sales operations of Comet parking devices and provides the service for Helsinki citizens.

Using Comet is very simple; Comet is used as a parking payment device on Helsinki City´s chargeable parking areas, which are for example streets of Helsinki and Port of Helsinki areas.
